Our twins are getting braces. Rummel Orthodontics has a welcoming, encouraging environment. Our children enjoy the atmosphere and that is important. The receptionists were very welcoming. Our technician took the time to explain braces and the mechanics behind them to our curious boys. She even used her own braces as an example. That was so kind!
Doctor Sage pointed out everything she wanted to fix and explained the process to me AND she included the kids within the discussion, I love that. The financial side of things was handled professionally and with compassion. Two children in braces at the same time was making me nervous, but the plan they built, is doable for us!

Always a welcoming smile and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Fast service, we are always in and out which makes me happy as a busy mom that they respect my time. I also love that they offer a payment plan. Braces are expensive, but the payment plan makes it do-able.
