As someone with hypersensitivity to noises and lights due to ASD, I often find myself uncomfortable at dentists offices and have many questions about each step of the process. As for the orthodontist, I was worried it would be the same. However, everyone in this office has made me feel so comfortable and welcomed with my questions. When initially discussing treatment options with Kerri and Dr. Beard, I had many questions and areas of concern that they were able to answer to ease my mind. After, I got set up with financing with the help of Sherry, who made everything easily understandable. Immediately after, they had availability for Dr. Beard and Heather to very patiently put my needed spacers in. When my braces and molar bands were placed, Dr. Charnley and the team were also very patient. They explained each step of the process, answered questions, and warned before clipping the wire (for my sound sensitivity.) I had to come back the day my molar bands were placed due to some discomfort that they easily addressed and sent me with extra wax to also help with the sensitivity. Everyone is so kind and truly cares about how you feel and that your treatment goes well. It is noticed and very highly appreciated. Thank you!
