I went to Lakeshore Orthodontics for a few years, and in that time not once did I have a bad experience. Everybody there is friendly, welcoming and very professional. Dr. Charnley knows his stuff and his attention to detail and your progression is top notch. (Dr. Beard as well even though I only seen her once or twice) Even though I always knew there was a chance I’d leave there in a little bit of pain or discomfort, I always enjoyed walking in there because the staff is super nice and are there to do one thing, help you! Dr. Charnley has a talented and great team who are second to none that are all skilled at what they do. It is without a doubt a great place and crew who puts your end result as a #1 top priority! From the moment you walk through the doors at Dr. Rummel’s office you know that you have chosen the best Orthodontist to take your child to. We are always welcomed with the warmest smiles from the front desk staff. The caring, family-friendly environment carries on throughout the entire visit from check-in to check-out. You never feel rushed at your appointments. Dr. Rummel is amazing with the kids and makes them feel very comfortable and at ease. He has a way of making what can be a very scary experience very fun for the kids. My kids love going to their Orthodontist appointments. There are contests, give-a-ways, free t-shirts, and you never know what quirky attire you will see Dr. Rummel and his staff in. This office knows how to have fun, while maintaining a professional environment at the same time. What continually impresses me about this office is how much they give back to the community. They hold special Fun Days in the summer for their patients and families where all they ask for is a simple donation of school supplies for admission. These donations are given to students in need. Whether it is school supplies, or helping out local athletes with their mouth guard needs, Dr. Rummel is always looking for ways to give back to his community. This office emanates exemplary patient care. I have never been to an office as driven as Dr. Rummel’s to be the very best that they could be. The passion Dr. Rummel has for his profession is displayed in how he runs his office on a daily basis. You can always be assured that you are getting the highest quality treatment.
